Appel Commons

Appel Commons fitness center is located on north campus in Appel Commons. Appel has three satellite televisions, in addition to commercial free music, allowing members to stay up to date on sports, music and news. This site has a variety of equipment including Paramount assisted weight machines, dumbbells ranging from 3lbs-100lbs, and cardio equipment.
