Equipment Orientations
Equipment Orientations provide an opportunity for members to learn how to safely and effectively use our cardio and strength equipment.
In each of these classes you will learn proper technique and how to adjust or program each machine, as well as other information to optimize success in your fitness program. Orientation sessions are limited to small groups to maximize interaction.
CFC offers the following equipment orientations on demand. Get together with a group of friends (three or more people, please) and give us a call at the main office at 254-2824. We'd be happy to offer an orientation or workshop for your group at a time that is convenient for you!
