Fitness Consultations
Fitness consultations are available to all CFC members for FREE! This service gives members an opportunity to broaden their fitness knowledge and experience. Our certified Personal Trainers strive to help each person work towards his or her desired results while keeping safety, effectiveness, enjoyment, and efficiency in mind. Consider making an appointment for a fitness consultation if you want to learn how to safely get started, or if you want to add variety and learn more about different types of training plans.
*Typically, fitness consultations consist of 2 visits. At the first meeting the personal trainer will gather information about health and fitness goals, exercise history, and health/medical status. With this information the trainer will customize an exercise program for your specific needs. At the second visit, the trainer will explain the program and teach proper exercise techniques. Members can get the most out of the time spent with the personal trainer by also attending our FREE Fitness Education 101 sessions and/or working out during Trainer Blocks, when a Personal Trainer is in the fitness center to help members maximize their workouts and give feedback on form and techniques.
Equipment Orientations are available on demand. Get together with a group of friends (three or more people, please) and give us a call at the main office. We'd be happy to offer an orientation or workshop for your group at a time that is convenient for you!

*During the summer fitness consultations do not include a personalized workout program.
