Fitness Education 101

Come learn more about fitness and exercise recommendations and guidelines! These FREE 1 hour sessions will provide information about how to best get started and/or ramp up your current fitness routine. All the fitness variables will be discussed including intensity, frequency, duration, choice of exercises, types of equipment, progression, etc. You will be surprised how much information you can learn in an hour. Registration Required: Please sign up for one of the scheduled times at the fitness monitor desk of the Helen Newman Hall, Noyes, or Teagle Up Fitness Centers or request a private session (with a time that works for your group of 3 or more) by stopping by 305 Helen Newman Hall or calling 254-2824.
