Trainer Blocks

Each week we have scheduled hours when our certified Personal Trainers work in the fitness centers to provide feedback, supervision, and guidance for our members. Come work out during these times if you would like feedback on lifting technique, if you are bored with your current routine and want to learn a new exercise, or if you have some quick exercise questions. To arrange body composition testing during a trainer block or at another time, please email sbf5[at]cornell.edu and read our recommended Body Composition Protocol.
