• Applicants must be able to provide documents for Federal I-9 verification to include: Governemnt issued photo ID and Social Security card or birth certificate; or current Passport.  Copies or faxed documents are not permitted, must be orginals.
• Complete a brief form so we can contact you with the most updated information: Online Application
• Participate in the mandatory training sessions to learn about the sport rules, mechanics, and work a few scrimmages.  (Details are listed below)
